SB 384 would amend the Education Code so that the State
Board of Education would be required to make all reasonable efforts to schedule
end-of-course assessment instruments not to conflict with the administration of
a nationally recognized assessment instrument, exam, or test administered by
higher education institutions to award course credit based on performance.
