No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

Bill Analysis

SB 2084 would require the Texas Education Agency to adopt a way to calculate average daily attendance for students who are in a blended learning program in which classroom instruction is supplemented with applied workforce learning opportunities, including participation of students in internships, externships, and apprenticeships.
