No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

Bill Analysis

This bill would increase the number of counseling and advising opportunities available to college students in mentor work-study positions to include offering supporting student interventions that are focused on increasing completion of degrees or certificates.

Vote Recommendation Notes

SB 2082 does have a substantive impact on our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral on this bill.
