From the LBB: No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

Bill Analysis

This bill would require the Health and Human Services Commission to conduct a study once every ten years to evaluate and determine the classes of prescription drugs for which prior authorization is required, and changes the date that certain requirements no longer apply from 2018 to 2023.
