Bill Analysis

This bill would require the Department of State Health Services to post on their website information on protocol for pregnancy-related death investigations and reporting pregnancy-related deaths to medical examiners and justices of the peace in a county, as appropriate.

Vote Recommendation Notes

This bill does not require persons to follow any rules or recommendations on the protocol required to be posted on the department's website, it is simply requiring the department to post the information. This bill does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
