Relating to nonsubstantive additions to, revisions of, and corrections in
enacted codes, to the nonsubstantive codification or disposition of various laws omitted
from enacted codes, and to conforming codifications enacted by the 84th Legislature to
other Acts of that legislature.

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Bill Analysis
SB 1488 would make nonsubstantive changes and updates to statute such as repealing or renumbering duplicative titles, chapters, and sections, correcting references and terminology, etc.
