This bill would establish a grant program for school districts in order to provide students access to devices that would provide digital educational instructional materials.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This program, being established as part of the state's constitutional role to meet education needs, is one that could have benefits of providing a better educational experience to students. As we progress technologically, it makes sense that new curriculum delivery methods may need to be tested. As a result, this bill would have no substantive impact on our principles and we remain neutral.
