The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of the bill.

Bill Analysis

SB 1330 would require the Texas Low-level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact Commission to deposit in the low-level radioactive waste fund an amount of revenue calculated by TCEQ to support the activities of the commission.
