Bill Analysis
Given the commitment of the City of Rockwall in fostering Texas arts, particularly through the hosting of nearly 130 live music performances a year, HCR 42 would designate Rockwall as the the official Live Music Capital of North Texas for the next 10 years and would encourage free live music throughout the state.
