Bill Analysis

This bill would add the option that a record of a donation or anatomical gift that is signed by an individual other than the donor be acknowledge by a notary public. The bill would also change the language in the disposition of remains forms from "divorce" to "marriage dissolved by divorce, annulment, or declared void."

Vote Recommendation Notes

This bill does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles and is procedural in nature, therefore we remain neutral on this legislation.
