From the LBB: No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

Bill Analysis

This bill would add a provision that the governing board of a junior college may provide a resolution that a candidate in a district trustee election must receive a plurality of the vote not later than the 180th day before the date of an election. 

Vote Recommendation Notes

This bill would enact a procedural change which does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
