House Bill 947 amends current Transportation Code by adding a section the designates a portion of Farm-to-Market Road 1462 in Brazoria County as the Lieutenant colonel Roy Lin Tisdale Memorial Highway.
Vote Recommendation Notes
Highways, being property of the State, are under its
complete control. We therefore remain neutral on all legislation relating to
the naming or designating of state highways as these bills do not negatively or
positively affect our principles. House Bill 917 neither uplifts nor offends
our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
