Bill Caption
Relating to priority voting for voter with certain disabilities substantially impairing mobility.
Fiscal Notes
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Bill Analysis
This bill would allow election officers to accept persons with substantial mobility problems to vote before other people waiting to vote. It would require a notice of priority to be posted at the polling place, the secretary of state's website, and the website for the county's elections.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This bill neither uplifts nor offends our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
