Relating to the filing of a degree plan by students at public junior
colleges.

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Bill Analysis
This bill would require public junior colleges to have their students fill out degree plans no later than the end of the second regular semester or term
immediately following the semester or term in which the student
earned a cumulative total of 30 or more semester credit hours of
course credit for courses.

HB 655 is procedural and deals only with public institutions. This bill has no affect on our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
