No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Bill Analysis
Under current law, the election date for directors for the Rusk County Groundwater Conservation District is on the first Saturday in May of each even-numbered year. HB 651 would set the election date of the board of directors to be in the November of each even-numbered year.
