Bill Analysis

Under current law, Fisher County, Mitchell County, and Nolan County share a juvenile board. If this bill passes, each of the counties would be included in the 32nd Judicial District Juvenile Board. The juvenile board would be composed of the county judges, statutory county judges, and district judges in Fisher Mitchell, and Nolan Counties. This bill establishes a procedure for electing members, certain compensation, meeting times and dates, and designating a fiscal officer.
