amends current Transportation Code by adding a section the designates a portion
of Farm-to-Market Road 1810 in Jack County as the Luther G. Prunty Memorial
Highway.
Vote Recommendation Notes
Highways, being property of the State, are under its
complete control. We therefore remain neutral on all legislation relating to
the naming or designating of state highways as these bills do not negatively or
positively affect our principles.
