Bill Analysis

This bill would allow a licensed marriage and family therapist who has received a doctoral degree related to marriage and family therapy to be eligible for student loan repayment assistance. 

Vote Recommendation Notes

This bill violates our personal responsibility and limited government principles by expanding subsidies for student loan repayments for preferred classes of people. We oppose HB 3808.
