Program.

Bill Analysis
This bill would allow the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas to address the access problem that some people have in participating in clinical trials. Under this bill CPRIT would be allowed to provide reimbursement for some eligible patients to help them gain access to participate in clinical trials.
Vote Recommendation Notes
Although this appears to be well within the parameters of the mission of CPRIT, this bill does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
