Bill Analysis
HB 3496 would authorize a farm mutual insurance company to allow a policyholder to vote electronically or by mail without making a personal appearance at a
policyholders' meeting.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This bill would provide more options to farm mutual insurance companies in conducting their elections, thus reducing the restriction imposed by the state. For this reason, we support HB 3496.
