Bill Analysis
This bill would allow the secretary of state to disclose voter information in order to participate in the interstate voter registration crosscheck program.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This bill would further individual liberty by helping protect and support the integrity of elections through checking to see whether voters are already registered to vote in a different state and therefore ineligible to vote in Texas. This will help cut down on election fraud, and for this reason, we support this bill.
