Bill Analysis

Under current law a person shall establish a peer review committee to conduct nursing peer review under certain circumstances. This bill merely changes the threshold of when such a person must establish such a committee based on the number of nurses regularly employed, hired, or contracted for services. The current threshold is 10, this bill would reduce it to eight.

Vote Recommendation Notes

This bill does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
