Bill Caption
Relating to driver’s and learner licenses.
Fiscal Notes
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Bill Analysis
This bill removes the "instructional permit" language from language in the transportation code and replaced it with "Learner's License." This bill would also allow special investigators to not have to reveal their addresses on their licenses.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This bill does not have a connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
