No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Bill Analysis

Under current law certain public institutions of higher education are required to post information about mental health resources available to students. HB 2895 would adjust some of the particular instructions pertaining to this requirement in a way that makes the requirement more clear and specific. 

Vote Recommendation Notes

The provisions of HB 2895 do not affect our liberty principles and we remain neutral.
