Bill Analysis
HB 2761 would amend the Local Government Code to allow a county commissioners court to enter a broker agreement to sell surplus property owned by the county that uses a high level of technology, was or will be used with or for a specialized program, and was purchased by the county for more than $250,000.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This is a procedural bill regarding brokers agreements and does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
