Bill Analysis
This bill would allow a person with an employment hardship to apply for an early voting ballot by mail to be delivered to their address or the address of their employer or person related to the applicant by a second degree of affinity or third degree by consanguinity. The secretary of state would prescribe rules and procedures to implement the new provisions.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This bill does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
