Bill Analysis
This bill would add the provision that in a county with a population of less than 3.3 million people, a location would not be allowed to serve as a polling place if a candidate for elected office or a person related to them within the third degree of consanguinity or the second degree by affinity owns the location or is an owner or principal of a business operating at that location.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This bill does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
