Bill Analysis

This is a procedural bill making updates to the process for appointing judges of polling places, the number of election judges in each precinct, requirements for having election judges serving at residential facilities, allowing residential facilities to have early voting held there under certain circumstances, required notices for presiding judges, compensation for election officers, requirements for moveable polling places, and other related issues.

Vote Recommendation Notes

This bill would enact procedural and administrative changes which do not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
