From the LBB: No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

Bill Analysis

This bill would allow the Texas Ethics Commission to hold seminars addressing the laws enforced by the commission and allow them to charge an attendance fee including the cost of providing food and nonalcoholic beverages to attendees.
