HB 23 would establish a grant program that would make grants available for school districts that employ innovative, evidence based techniques in educating students with autism.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This bill would create more state expenditure and responsibility on special education services in a fiscally constrained year. For this reason, we oppose this bill as it expands the cost of government.
