Bill Analysis
This bill would require the executive commissioner (of HHSC) to ensure that a provider of an ancillary service to a homebound client who resides in a nursing home under Medicaid may file a claim for reimbursement for that service with the commission, MCO, or other person on or before the 270th day after the date the service is performed.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This bill does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
