Bill Caption
Relating to transfer of a plumber's license number on the retirement or death of the plumber.
Fiscal Notes
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Bill Analysis
Under current law, certain persons who hold an unexpired plumbers license, and has held it continuously for the past 50 years, may transfer their license upon their retirement or death to certain qualified individuals. HB 2095 would shorten the license holding requirement to 35 years.
Vote Recommendation Notes
HB 2095 neither uplifts nor offends our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
