Bill Analysis

HB 206 would amend the Natural Resources Code to add to possible definitions of a veteran as an individual that has at least 15 years of active or reserve state military service as a member of the Texas State Guard.

Vote Recommendation Notes

Revising the definition of "veteran" does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
