Bill Caption
Relating to access by the division of workers' compensation to certain designated doctor contracts under the workers' compensation system.
Fiscal Notes
No significant fiscal implication to the state is anticipated.
Bill Analysis
HB 2056 would amend the Labor Code to add that the Workers’ Compensation Division can require the designated doctor to provide a copy of any contract that is between the doctor and an authorized agent of the doctor for services provided.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This is a procedural bill that updates communication requirements between the Workers' Compensation Division and a designated doctor and does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles. We remain neutral.
