This bill would require the Teacher and Employees Retirement Systems of Texas to jointly conduct a study of the benefits and disadvantages of establishing a patient-reported outcomes registry for musculoskeletal care provided under their health care plans. These systems would be required to report whether establishing the registry would be beneficial and effective.
