Bill Analysis

This bill would allow failing school districts to partner with institutions of higher education for assistance in raising their accountability rating.

Vote Recommendation Notes

Allowing districts to partner with higher education institutions to improve their academic performance seems like a reasonable change that is likely to benefit the education system as a whole. However, this bill does not have a direct connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
