Bill Analysis
This bill would allow organizations to give contributions to aid or defeat the election of a speaker candidate. The bill would also get rid of the cap on expenditures an individual can make for the cost of correspondence.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This change is in keeping with the principle of limited government as it gets rid of restrictions on organizations and allows them to express political speech in the form of contributions to aid or defeat speaker candidates, therefore we support this legislation.
