The particular public information includes home address, home telephone number, emergency contact information, social security numbers, and family members. If this bill passes current or former district attorneys, criminal district attorneys, or county/municipal attorneys, and their current and former employees, would not have to share the aforementioned personal information. Their jurisdiction would have to pertain to criminal law or child protective services to qualify for their information to not be made public.
