No significant fiscal implication to the state is anticipated. 

Bill Analysis

This bill would allow ballots by mail to be accepted until the day after election day not later than 5 pm if the envelope was placed for delivery before election day and bears the cancellation mark of a common or contract carrier or a courier indicating a time not later than 7 pm on election day.
