Bill Caption
Relating to the mandatory spinal screening of public and private
school students.
Fiscal Notes
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Bill Analysis
Under current law, students in grades six through nine must get spinal checks for scoliosis. This bill would, effectively, mandate that all grades may have the opportunity to have that check.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This bill is not connected to any of our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral on this bill.
