No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Bill Analysis

SB 1873 would add a new subchapter to Chapter 171 (Abortion) of the Health and Safety Code. This subchapter would require employees and volunteers who work at an abortion clinic to undergo a one-time four hour basic education and training program concerning human trafficking.
