Bill Analysis
SB 1341 would amend the Government Code to enable clerks of county courts
to transfer cases to district courts electronically, and vice versa.

This bill affirms the principle of limited government since it would increase the efficiency of courts by allowing them to use electronic means to transfer documents and save time and money, resulting in a more efficient system. For this reason, we support SB 1341.
