Vote Recommendation Notes

Government employees are entrusted with a limited amount of authority and it is important that they there are checks in place that balance the additional authority placed in their hands. HB 644 is a bill that intends to create balance for the additional authority given to government employees by adding a new offense and additional safeguards for photographs taken of children. We support this bill for strengthening our limited government principle.
