No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Bill Analysis

HB 4187 would rename a water authority and provide that "If at any time the number of member entities is more than five, the board may adopt a resolution providing that each member entity shall appoint one director." The bill would further provide for the process of adopting such a resolution.

Vote Recommendation Notes

The provisions of this bill are administrative and local in nature with no discernible affect on our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral on HB 4187.
