Bill Analysis

HB 3944, if passed, would modify the Agriculture Code (Chapter 12) by adding a new section (12.0025). This addition would state that a decision made by the Department of Agriculture, or the State Office of Administrative Hearings regarding the administration of federal food programs would no longer be subject to judicial review.
