Bill Analysis
HB 2419 would amend Estate Code to provide that the former Texas Probate Code and Estates Code, as amended, are considered one continuous statute. For any instrument that refers to the Texas Probate Code, the Estates Code is required to be considered as an amendment to the Texas Probate Code.
