This legislation would require boards of elections to record whether a voter voted on election day, voted early by
personal appearance, voted early by mail.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This bill would require the Texas Secretary of State to obtain data related to the method in which a voter cast a ballot, which would ultimately be used for statistical purposes. This is an administrative bill which would neither support nor offend our liberty principles, therefore we are neutral.
