Bill Analysis

A lottery winner of $1 Million or more may choose to remain anonymous and prevent the disclosure of any personally identifiable information to the public except county and city of the winner.

Vote Recommendation Notes

HB 108 would allow lottery winners to remain anonymous to protect their personal information. This bill supports the individual's choice of anonymity which should not be infringed upon even when they are fortunate enough to win the lottery. We support this legislation.
