Bill Analysis

Summary: This legislation would allow the Texas Department of Public Safety to authorize a qualifying driver's education school to administer driving exams that would qualify the test taker to receive their Texas drivers license

Analysis: This bill should save the state money, reduce public wait times at TxDPS facilities, and allow the market to take care of some departmental burdens.
