Bill Analysis

Summary: This legislation would require the Parks and Wildlife Commission to waive the fee for a combination resident hunting and fishing license for qualified disabled veterans or a resident who is an active member in the US military or the State military.

Analysis: This is an administrative issue for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission and does not fall under any of our liberty principles. We are neutral on this legislation.
